We understand that shopping online can be challenging, and your satisfaction is our top priority. While we have a strict no-return policy, we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a reasonable solution.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@thegaleriestore.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and send pictures of the product you received. We may offer an exchange or store credit for items that are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that Galerie reserves the right to deny any exchange request. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
